Budget Customers
Our Budget Customer program is offered to those who sign a budget contract with Parsch Oil & Propane Co.
You can't control the weather, but you do control your budget. Our free Budget program enables you to pay your annual energy bill in
equal monthly installments to avoid the seasonal ups and downs.
Budget months run August – May with any balance due to be paid-in-full by June 15th. Payment for the length of the budget contract is due by the 15th of each month.
If payments are not made by the due date, the customer will be taken off our Keep-Fill program and will be obligated to pay a service charge if an after hours delivery is needed.
Budget customers will not be charged service charges unless their monthly payments are not maintained.

Propane Programs
Pre-Buy Program
Pay for your fuel up front to be delivered later in the year. Programs available in July and run though April, quantities and restrictions apply.
Price-Cap Program
Pay an enrollment fee and ensure your price does not go above a set ceiling price amount. Programs available in July and run though April, quantities and restrictions apply.
Budget Program
Spread your payments out between equal payments throughout the year. 10 equal payments August-May with settlement in June and July.
Market Rate
Simply call us when it’s time for a new delivery and we’ll schedule a time for a team member to refill your tank.
Delivery & Credit Policy
Our delivery and credit policies are for Home Heat Will-Call and Keep-Fill customers only. Accounts without approved credit must have cash, check, money order or credit card for payment before or upon delivery. Delivery will not be made without payment.
Delivery PolicyWill Call Customers: 3-5 Days notice is required on all propane and fuel oil orders.
Delivery is usually made within 2-3 business days, but please allow up to 5 business days.
To avoid additional charges, please call for your deliveries when your propane tank is at 30% or your fuel oil tank is at 1/4.
Keep-Fill Customers will have their tank kept full providing payment terms are met. If payment terms are not met and delivery has to be made after hours or a truck pulled off its route, a service charge will apply.
Credit PolicyBalances must be paid by the 15th of the month following delivery or before the next delivery, whichever comes first.
Itemized Statements for all accounts, excluding budgets are sent on the first of each month with payment due by the 15th.
Service Charges will be added to any account past 30 days and will also be considered delinquent at that time.
